So, we’ve got a lot going on in the Altru community. You can post problems, ideas, questions, and praise. We’re featuring members on Mondays, posting links to miniseries, keeping you informed about the release … it’s no wonder if you’ve missed a trick or two. Here’s a couple ways to get even more from your community:
1. How to find which ideas we are going to implement:
Click the arrow beside community.
Select Topics.
Select Ideas.
Select Planned.
- You can also see the ones under consideration, popular, recent, etc.
2. How to find the topics that need your opinion:
Type “conversation” in the search box.
Scroll until you see a topic “conversation” in the tags.
Click that topic.
Scroll down and click “Conversation” in the TAGGED section.
Viola! A list of all the topics where other users could use your opinion.
- So “Viola!” might be an exaggeration. That’s somewhat cumbersome. You can always click here. I’ve done the searching for you.
3. How to follow all the topics that relate to your department:
Click the Arrow beside Community.
Select Products.
Select which area applies to you (Financials, Group Sales, Membership, etc)
Click Follow under the image.
